Austin, Texas, March 5, 2009 – Full Moon Design Group, Inc., an Austin-based graphic design firm, created the winning logo for the Westlake Chamber of Commerce.
The Westlake Chamber of Commerce, who is revamping the look and feel of their marketing materials, looked to its members to design their new logo as part of a logo submission contest. Full Moon Design Group’s logo, which was one of 18 submissions, was unanimously deemed the winner by the Chamber Board of Directors.
“Our long-term goal is to implement a marketing style that has class,” states Vicky Gouge, Director of Marketing for the Westlake Chamber. “We were happy to see that we had a choice of logos that reflected Westlake’s blend of land and water while still remaining simple and elegant.”
The team at Full Moon Design Group, who have been Chamber members since 2006, will continue to work on improving the Chamber’s image and presence in an effort to increase membership. The remaining branding plans include updates to the Website, a new print brochure, and the implementation of social networking tools.
